Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Welcome to CyberQuest (“the Platform”), operated by OC Solutions LTD(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using CyberQuest at cyberquest.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

CyberQuest is designed for students aged 14 and above. Users may access the Platform individually (B2C) or through a supervised educational programme.

Users under 18 must have consent from a parent, guardian, or authorised teacher to use the Platform. Teachers and educators purchasing on behalf of an institution must be authorised to do so.

2. Accounts & Access

Users may access the Platform by creating an individual account or by using a game code provided by their teacher or institution. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.

You must not share your account with others or use another person’s account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the learning environment.

3. Free & Paid Tiers

CyberQuest offers a free tier with limited content and features, and paid plans that unlock the full curriculum, activities, battles, leaderboards, and other premium features.

We reserve the right to change which features are included in each tier at any time. If a change materially reduces paid features, we will provide reasonable notice to affected subscribers.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid access is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Institutional access is available on a per-student, per-year basis.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. OC Solutions LTD does not store your full card details.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Lifetime purchases grant perpetual access to the Platform as it exists, including future content updates, for as long as the Platform is operational
  • Institutional purchases are paid by card at checkout and grant access for 12 months from the date of purchase. Access expires at the end of that period unless renewed. Additional seats bought part-way through a period expire alongside the original purchase

Prices for individual plans (monthly and lifetime) are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT, so the amount displayed is the amount you pay. Prices for institutional plans are shown exclusive of VAT; where VAT applies it is added at checkout and shown to you before payment is taken. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. No refund is given for partial months.

For lifetime purchases, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may request a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

For institutional purchases, cancellation mid-term entitles the institution to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the term.

To request a refund, contact us at info@cyberquest.club. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CyberQuest only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
  • Use knowledge gained from the Platform to conduct real-world attacks against any systems without explicit authorisation
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Impersonate another user, teacher, or administrator
  • Attempt to manipulate XP, leaderboards, or battle outcomes through exploits or cheating
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform

7. Educational Content

CyberQuest provides cybersecurity education including topics such as ethical hacking, cryptography, phishing awareness, and network security.

All content is provided strictly for educational and defensive purposes. We do not endorse or encourage any illegal activity. Users are expected to apply their knowledge responsibly and ethically.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CyberQuest, including course materials, questions, activities, game mechanics, designs, and code, is the intellectual property of OC Solutions LTD unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

Users may create content within the Platform (e.g., flashcards, notes, whiteboard drawings, chat messages, mission portfolio reflections, next steps, and student-selected code excerpts). You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive licenceto store, display, and process it as part of the Platform’s functionality.

Mission portfolios are private in-platform learning records. Selecting entries for a print showcase prepares a print view on your device and does not create a public URL or publish the entries. An entry marked Class teacher may be viewed by authorised teachers who currently manage the student’s class; an entry marked Private is excluded from teacher portfolio views.

You must not place passwords, access tokens, unnecessary personal data, hidden assessment material, or real confidential system information in a portfolio reflection or code excerpt.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of CyberQuest is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

11. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep CyberQuest available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

CyberQuest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OC Solutions LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OC Solutions LTD, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@cyberquest.club.
